Flexbet Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Flexbet Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Polaris Games ("Flexbet"), which owns and operates the website flexbet.io ("Website").

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Flexbet. These Terms work together with our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If any conflict arises between these Terms and the Website's Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy shall prevail.

1. Services

You agree to promote Flexbet by providing marketing and referral services ("Services") as outlined in Schedule A.

You must perform the Services in accordance with Flexbet's standards and guidelines, and adjust your methods if requested by Flexbet.

Flexbet may, at its discretion, request that you remove or modify any promotional materials related to Flexbet.

2. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins on the date you accept the Terms and continues until:

• Terminated by you, with 14 days written notice.
• Terminated by Flexbet, at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.

Upon termination:

• Your rights and licenses granted by Flexbet end immediately.
• You must cease all Flexbet-related promotions.
• You will not be entitled to further commission payments.

3. Payment

Payments are made monthly in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, or TRX).

• Minimum payout threshold: $100.
• Payment structures include: Revenue Share, CPA, Hybrid, Deposit-Based, or Wager-Based models (Schedule C).

Flexbet reserves the right to withhold payments if fraud or violation of these Terms is suspected.

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.

4. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Meet all Eligibility Requirements as defined in Schedule D.
• Provide complete, accurate information at all times.

Flexbet may accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

• Promote Flexbet truthfully, ethically, and legally.
• Avoid fraudulent traffic generation or incentivized traffic without prior approval.
• Not infringe Flexbet's intellectual property.
• Not target restricted or prohibited jurisdictions.

Affiliates must use only approved creative materials provided by Flexbet and must update promotions to reflect current offers.

6. Intellectual Property

Flexbet retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, content, and other intellectual property ("Flexbet IP").

Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Flexbet IP solely for approved promotional purposes during the term of this Agreement.

Flexbet also reserves the right to use affiliate-created materials for its own promotional purposes.

7. Warranties

You warrant that:

• You have authority to enter into this Agreement.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Your promotional materials will not infringe any third-party rights.

Flexbet disclaims liability for any unlawful actions taken by affiliates.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Affiliates may have access to confidential information or end-user information. You must:

• Keep all confidential information secret.
• Use end-user information only for providing Services.
• Destroy any confidential information upon termination of the Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flexbet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Flexbet's maximum liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you during the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flexbet against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Unauthorized use of Flexbet IP.
• Your unlawful or unethical activities.

11. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship.

12. Non-Disparagement

Affiliates agree not to make any negative or damaging statements about Flexbet publicly or privately.

13. Anti-Bribery and AML Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), and anti-corruption laws.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.

15. General Provisions

• Flexbet may amend these Terms at any time by providing notice.
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains valid.
• Notices will be sent via email to the affiliate's registered address.

Schedules

Schedule A - Services

Affiliates agree to refer users to Flexbet using authorized promotional materials and approved traffic sources.

Schedule B - Standards

Affiliates must:

• Avoid misleading marketing.
• Not target restricted jurisdictions.
• Not promote illegal or unethical activities.
• Keep all promotional content accurate and updated.

Schedule C - Payment

Payment models include:

• Revenue Share (based on net gaming revenue).
• CPA (per qualified acquisition).
• Hybrid (mix of Revenue Share and CPA).
• Deposit-Based Commissions.
• Wager-Based Commissions.

All payments are made monthly, in cryptocurrency, with a minimum payout of $100.

Schedule D - Eligibility Requirements

Affiliates must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide real, verifiable traffic sources.
• Comply with all Flexbet guidelines and directives.
